Introducing Lakeside Dream, our magnificent 7 bedroom 4.5 bath pool home on Lake Berkley, 15 minutes drive from Disney and Seaworld.

Lakeside Dream has spectacular views of the lake and the private island. You will be able to watch Florida’s wildlife at its best.

Our home has been uniquely decorated throughout with crown moulding and wood panelling. All bedrooms have been tastefully individualized. Two double patio doors lead you to the pool area with its panoramic view of the lake and island.

We have the top package Cable TV in the family room enabling you to watch European Soccer Matches if you wish to do so and there are plenty of sofas to relax on.

The dining room is a guest restful place away from the bustle of the parks. Here you can read a book, have a glass of something or take a well earned nap.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a larger home needs to cater for up to 14 people. All glassware, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and labour saving devices are provided as are kitchen/dining linen.

In the utility room there is a full size front loading washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board and the door leading to the games room. This room has its own A/C unit, Cable TV, Playstation 2, full size pool table, foosball table, seating, a small library, and a chest full of board games. The games room has been professionally converted to meet Florida State Code. It also has a wood floor and fishing rods, should you wish to try your hand catching the resident bass, catfish and other varieties of fish.

Sleeping arrangements comprise of one king size en-suite downstairs with separate tub and shower. This bedroom affords a lake and pool view. Upstairs there is a king size en-suite with separate shower. One queen bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one queen/double bedroom with stunning views of the lake and island. There are two family bathroom upstairs and a powder room downstairs, all with wall mounted hairdryers. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, Cable TV plus DVD player in three of the bedrooms

The house is fully air conditioned having separate controls for upstairs and downstairs with a separate unit in the games room.

At the end of a busy day, what better than to relax on the sun loungers watching the in pool light show, whilst the wildlife of Florida comes quietly to rest for the night in the islands trees.

Lake Berkley resort has a clubhouse, large infinity pool and spa, kiddies spash pool with water toys. Communal pool has full disabled access and facilities, games room, internet room, gymnasium, tennis courts, volleyball courts and bar-b-cue areas.

The resort is two minutes from the lively 192 with its Walmart restaurants, shops etc, but in a position to be tranquil and relaxing after your days out.
